Episode 125: Leadership Lessons from Our Students: A conversation with Sgt Andrew Coville (Yarmouth, MA PD)
In an effort to continue to grow future leaders, Dean wanted to hear from some of our students in a new series we are incorporating into Straight Talk. This episode features Sgt Andrew Coville who IS a millennial, but not your stereotypical one - at all. He joined the Marines out of high school, served in Afghanistan, and came home to serve his hometown community of Yarmouth, MA as a police officer. His leadership philosophy and ideas on law enforcement will give all listeners a new paradigm from which to view the profession AND leadership. It was a pleasure to interview him. We hope you enjoy! Books mentioned by Sgt Coville in the podcast are The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz; Ego Is The Enemy by Ryan Holiday; and A New Earth by Eckhart Toll
